THE OVERVIEWS OF TAI CHI
Also described as "moving meditation" tai chi is a mind-body practice developed in China. Three basic components are working together when practising Tai Chi :
- Movement : the body stays rooted to the ground most of the time with
good body alignment, to promote stability and balance.
- Meditation : individuals keep their mind calm and alert, focusing on the inner self.
- Breathing : while breathing deeply, individuals exhale stale air and toxins and inhale fresh and pure air.
