WHAT IS TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a MOVING MEDITATION : The body moves slowly and gently, while the player meditate, concentrating on the inner self, and focusing on breathing.
Each single movement takes into account the posture, the weigh transfert, the hip movements,the arms movements, the leg movements, the eyes movements.
